Curt Snarr began his art career in commercial design. Working in advertising agencies until he began his own studio in 1990. There he fostered a relationship with several companies in the health and nutrition field as well as designing covers for telephone directories. His design skills also included illustration and cartooning.
His painting career began in ernest in 2000 when he began to seriously work with oils. Over the past several years he has created a unique style of painting gardens, landscapes and english cottages. His work can be seen in the Repartee Gallery in the Shops at the Riverwood in Orem Utah.
